If you like loud punchy rock and sexy bass
riffs, this is the song for you. Like a love child of the Red Hot Chilli
Peppers and a tame Rage Against The Machine, InFade deliver a great start to
their career with this brand new single. The three piece rock trio from
Yorkshire say they take influence from the like of Biffy Clyro, Led Zeppelin
and Muse following in the three piece style (minus Led Zep obviously)!
The track itself is something you can only
listen to on full volume. The bass does not let up in these tense verses, with
a nice little slap riff that can be seen throughout the song, driving it like
crazy which only get better when the massive guitar smashes down in the chorus.
The guitars like a hammer slamming down on your face in the chorus and outro,
nicely executed to deliver that last blow! Such a clean sound is rarely found
from start up bands! Definitely worth listening to even if you’re not sure
about the style.
A very political centre is at the heart of the
track, discussing the criminal justice scheme that is in place and that it’s a
“System in need of repair”. Something so intense must be worth listening to… or
at least is worth a good headbang live. Their debut show being set at the 360
Club, Leeds on the 20th April, supporting Psychobabylon.
